Beachport Jetty

A visit to Beachport isn’t complete without a stroll down the iconic Beachport Jetty - the second-longest jetty in South Australia, stretching an impressive 772 metres into Rivoli Bay.

Originally built in the 1800s, the jetty is now a much-loved local landmark. Whether you’re casting a line, spotting dolphins, or simply taking in the view, the jetty offers the perfect vantage point for sunrise, sunset, and everything in between.

Things to know:

  • A great spot for fishing - expect tommy ruffs, squid, or flathead
  • Ideal for walking, photography, and soaking up the salty breeze
  • Lit up in the evenings for a stunning twilight experience
  • Pack a picnic or grab some fish and chips from town and enjoy a classic Beachport moment at the end of the jetty.
